Service Dispatch & Asset Support Advisor

Location: Perimeter Solutions – Remote in Post Falls, ID area
Position Overview:
The Service Dispatch & Asset Support Advisor will coordinate daily schedules and dispatch technicians for both emergency and routine service calls. This role is essential for ensuring all calls are completed and documented in our system (Fiix, a Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Major Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Handle incoming customer calls and work order requests.
- Manage the on-call schedule for service technicians and maintain up-to-date customer database information.
- Review and prioritize service requests.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external customers with updates on company schedules and lead times.
- Create and manage dispatch tickets for service calls.
- Schedule and dispatch technicians, ensuring timely responses.
- Conduct debriefs with technician’s post-service to update customer records.
- Maintain the dispatch board and forecast workload for 2-3 weeks in advance.
- Collaborate with the Parts Department to manage inventory and order parts as needed.
- Follow up with customers on pending work and update their files with relevant information.
- Maintain and update our Fleet Management components for asset tracking, vehicle registrations, insurance maintenance programs in out tracking support systems
- Type service maintenance proposals for new customers and maintain maintenance agreements.
- Assist the Service Manager with marketing and other duties as assigned.
- Conduct inventory and maintenance reports.
- Perform site audits and site assistance in setting up equipment/components wherever needed.
- Support liaison for Regional Managers, Service Team assignments and period review and /or service assistance.
- Establish SOP Processes and development of best practices
- Review of current airbases and manufacturing sites on a revolving schedule
- Remove and Replace asset tags and or ship tags to regional managers for replacement
- Random Digital Site Audits with regional managers on asset tags and maintenance documents.
- Other projects as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Prefer 5 years of experience in dispatching, or project management.
- Knowledge of basic mechanical operations around tanks and pumping systems
- CMMS Database experience (FIIX programs user preferred)
- Inventory Control experience
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Teams, Outlook, Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple calendars
- Strong customer service experience
- Some college or technical school training in mechanical operations is helpful
- 50% travel to airbases and manufacturing sites (local and overnight).
Physical/Mental Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Work in varying weather conditions.
- Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking may be required
